The conference is now just around the corner.  Our room block is full, and the hotel is officially sold out of hotel rooms.  If you have not yet booked your room, the good news is that the Hyatt Rosemont, not far from the Hyatt O’Hare, has a block of rooms for our attendees and the two hotels will provide transportation back and forth. 

 

To make your reservation, please call (P) 847-696-1234.  They will inform you that the Hyatt O’Hare is full, and they will place you at the Hyatt Rosemont for the same rate of $185.00 single/double.  The same transportation to and from the airport is also available.

To / From O'Hare International Airport:

Complimentary Shuttle Service – Click Here for Diagram – Take advantage of this complimentary shuttle.  The Hyatt shuttle bus will pick up at the Bus/Shuttle Center outside of Door #1 and operates every 15 minutes from 4:00am to Midnight.  International travelers must use the courtesy phone inside the terminal. Shuttle buses are blue with white signage that reads Hyatt Regency O'Hare. For pick-up between 12:00 midnight and 4:00 a.m., guests must call the hotel directly at 847-696-1234.  (please note the shuttle pick up is located in the front of the Airport Hilton)

Taxi – Service is available on a first come, first serve basis from the lower level curb of all terminals. All taxis are metered. Approximate cost O'Hare to Hyatt Regency is $10 - $12.

 

Local Transportation:
Our newly renovated hotel near O'Hare Airport is also conveniently located close to the L-Train. Guests can either take the complimentary shuttle to O'Hare and catch the train there, or they can take a short walk to the nearby Rosemont Station. From either station, guests can be in downtown Chicago in just a few minutes.  Stop by the Concierge desk for L maps and schedules. Click here to download a map of the L.

 
To / From Midway Airport:

Omega Airport Shuttle – Shuttles leave Chicago Midway Airport every hour between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. Travelers are picked up at door M1 at Chicago Midway Airport. Cost is $16.00 per person. Telephone: 773-483-6634.

Taxi - Service is available on a first come, first serve basis outside of the baggage claim area. All taxis are metered, except for flat fare into downtown Chicago. Approximate cost Midway to Hyatt Regency is $65.00.

Parking

Hyatt Regency O'Hare offers several parking options for our guests:

Discounted self-parking has been negotiated for our group. Parking for NACCE attendees is $12 per day, normally $20 per day.
