Entrepreneurship: Finding Your Opportunity in Today’s Economy
Limit 2 scholarships per community college.
Membership in NACCE strengthens the support and overall value of entrepreneurship programs in community colleges. To reward and assist our members during the current economic crisis, the Coleman Foundation (www.colemanfoundation.org) has agreed to generously provide scholarships to current or new NACCE Organizational Member community college professionals attending the 7th Annual NACCE Conference.
The purpose of these scholarships is to keep NACCE members connected to the network of community colleges interested in entrepreneurship. The 7th Annual NACCE conference will be full of resources for you to take home and apply at your community college, as well as contacts with whom to share information.
Who Benefits from Attendance?
All faculty, from any department, including adjunct, interested in infusing entrepreneurship into their courses
Leaders at community colleges looking to raise the bar for their college by acting more entrepreneurially; assisting faculty to increase their entrepreneurship education offerings
Persons interested in sharing/discovering funding sources to increase the quality and quantity of entrepreneurship education programs on their campus
Coleman Scholarships* (Currently for NACCE Members only): $275 - On or before June 15, 2009 $300 – June 16-September 11, 2009 $325 - After September 11, 2009 and On-Site Registration
*There are a limited number of scholarships for the conference for ½ off the member rate for current or new Organizational Members only, early bird rates apply to scholarships.See fees page for more information.(Please note these scholarships are non-refundable)Scholarships are first come, first serve and will be processed in order of receipt as long as the application is complete, legible, and demonstrate an interest in moving forward with entrepreneurship at your institution. NACCE is reserving 25 scholarships specifically for Illinois community colleges, our conference host state.
All applicants will be notified by email within one business day of submission.

You will be asked on the form below: Please discuss the state of entrepreneurship currently at your campus and plans for entrepreneurship in the future. Please let us know how receiving this scholarship and attending the conference will promote entrepreneurship at your community college (200-300 words).
